Cancellation Policy

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking date. Flights that are cancelled by the passenger less than 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time forfeit the $50 deposit. Flights that are cancelled or rescheduled more than 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time will receive a full refund. A scheduled flight may be cancelled by the pilot at any time to ensure the safety of passengers or crew. Flights that are cancelled by the pilot are able to receive a full refund.
